“The GPCC is committed to improving the health and welfare of our registered populations to equal or above the national average through a holistic and integrated approach” . . . .
Mission Statement

The GPCC is a growing collaborative of primary care health workers who have an interest in improving the health of the residents of Greenwich, and its neighbouring areas. It was established in January 2009 and currently has over 80 members.

These are challenging times for Primary Care in the NHS, with high expectations from our patients and the government, but we hope that by working together, learning from each other and inspiring each other, we can not only meet but exceed the expectations placed on us.

We hope you will join us on this journey.
